We moved twice in 2021, first moving into a rented house while we then found a house to buy. We used Moversaurus on both occasions and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Russell made the time to come to our house to give us a proper quote at the beginning so that he could see exactly what needed to be moved. He also drove to the houses we were moving to ahead of the moving days, to ensure there would be space to turn the lorries etc. This was important to us as we had used a removal company in the past which failed to do this and then failed to reach the property on the day of the move as it was down a narrow country lane.

The survey Russell put together for us ahead of our move each time was incredibly thorough; there was no stone left unturned. Nothing was too much trouble, even at the end of the day when they were probably exhausted from lifting and carrying furniture all day.

Moversaurus pre-packed our house for us and couldn’t have done a better job. They used floor protectors to protect the floors, very clearly labelled everything and packed extremely carefully, with nothing broken at the other end.

On the day of the move they dismantled and reassembled all of our beds. One of the movers also very cleverly fixed one of our bikes as he could see a problem with it when he picked it up. This problem had existed for years, and he offered to fix it there and then, whilst moving us!

All of the employees of Moversaurus were incredibly friendly, helpful and lovely people to have in your house during a move. Their attention to detail and kindness made for an incredibly stress-free move for us. We hope to stay in our current house for many years, but if we did move again, we would definitely use Moversaurus.
